Sorry customer Service

I too have been waiting several months for a response from customer service. Purchased all puzzle packs, and all new puzzles. Then when they add puzzles to the already paid for packs, you have to pay full price again in order to open the packs up. Never, never,never buy from this company!!!! I will blast this all over internet media so everyone is aware of their crooked tactics.
