Terrible Customer Service

I have been waiting for someone to contact me for over three months! I paid the premium price in which I had access to puzzles and now after an updateI no longer have access. Its unfortunate when you spend $20 for their product and no one respond to email requests to fix this problem. Stay away and beware! Disappointed.
